Your Yoga Lifestyle opening yoga teacher training school in Racine

Your Yoga Lifestyle is adding a new dimension to its business. The studio at 518 College Ave. is now offering yoga teacher training. 

Currently YYL offers classes for Yoga, Pilates, Kids and Family Yoga, private therapeutic sessions and     groups of all levels.  Their third annual Yoga Retreat to Costa Rica will be this November 13-20 which can take individuals practice to a new level while offering eco-friendly tours, spa pampering and Ayurveda treatments for the mind and body. 

Linda Messerschmidt, ERYT, Owner, has recently added the latest technology to their website for 24/7 ease of online purchasing of passes, workshops, a Rewards Program and a complete line of yoga related retail items. Her Corporate Wellness Lunch n Learns are provided bringing healthy ideas into the community and workplace.

Linda states, “Due to the high demand of increased business and a need for qualified Registered and Certified Yoga Alliance accredited instructors in the area, YYL has brought an Illinois-based yoga teacher training school to Racine."  This 200-hour, one-year program starts September 14, 2010 at Your Yoga Lifestyle, 518 College Ave, 2^nd floor, alternating Tuesdays from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Program Director, Poonam Gupta, MA, M.Phil, ERYT 500, CAE, and her school are accredited through Yoga Alliance, the standard-setting agency for yoga instructors. She has also gone through the approval process and been approved with the Wisconsin EAB to start teaching at Your Yoga Lifestyle in Racine.
